Stephine Fortner

Stephine Kay Fortner of Potosi, Missouri, was born on August 28, 1993 in Festus, Missouri, a daughter to Tonia Dunn and Troy Fortner. Stephine departed this life on Monday, July 12, 2021 at her residence, having reached the age of 27 years, 10 months, and 14 days.

Those who remain to cherish her memory include her son, Braylen Putney; mother Tonia Dahl (husband, Kenneth); father, Troy Fortner; sister, Tori Arens (husband, Kurtis); grandparents, Annie and Dave Fenstermaker; and Fiancé, Dylan Putney. Stephine is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Stephine was preceded in death by her grandparents: Steve Dunn, Judy Dunn Sullivan, and Terry Fortner.

Visitation will be Friday, July 16, 2021 from 11 am to 2 pm at DeClue Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service will immediately follow on Friday at 2 pm at DeClue Memorial Chapel. Interment will be held at Sunset Hill Cemetery, Potosi, Missouri.
