Robert Franklin Smith of Mineral Point, Missouri, was born on February 22, 1963, in Washington County, MO, a son to the late Joseph S. Smith and the late Myrtle L. Smith. Robert passed away on July 19, 2021, having reached the age of fifty-eight years, four months, and twenty-seven days.
Those who remain to cherish his memory include his siblings: Judy Arnold and Sharon Ann Blackwell; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Myrtle Smith; wife, Barbara (Dobbs) Smith; siblings: Ralph Smith, Theresa Smith, and Wilamina Nash.
There will be no public services.
Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home.
