Robert Rath

Robert Joseph Rath, Sr. also known as "Bob" of Cadet, Missouri was born on August 11, 1932, in St. Louis, Missouri, a son to the late Joseph Anthony Rath and the late Dorothy Marie (Meyer) Rath. Robert passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023 at the age of 90. Bob was a simple man. He enjoyed hunting, ATV riding and most recently watching westerns.

Those who remain to cherish his memory include his five children: Connie Warden (husband, Tom), Karen Warden, Carol Belfield (husband Don), Jody Missey (husband, Ron), and Janet Hayes (husband, Allen). Bob also leaves behind a host of dear grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and extended family.

In addition to his parents, Bob is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann (Roscoe) Rath; two sons: Robert Rath, Jr. and Michael Rath; son-in-law Bobbie Warden; grandson Derek Joseph Hayes; and sister Betty Jane Dowling.

Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
