Robert Wayne Lawrence, affectionately known as Wayne, was born on October 10, 1965, to the late Robert Lawrence and Hilda (Smith) Lawrence. Wayne passed away on August 26, 2026, at the age of 60.

Wayne enjoyed spending time at the lake, gathering with family and friends for barbecues, and, most of all, making memories with his beloved grandchildren. The time he spent with those he loved was precious to him, and his memory will forever be cherished by his family.

Those who remain to cherish his memory include his daughter, Casey Wood and Eric; two grandchildren, Kayden Wood and Kira Wood; his siblings, Quinton Lawrence and Nancy, Richie Lawrence, Crystal Lawrence, Vanessa, Bobby Lawrence and Sarah, and Deanna Lawrence. He is also survived by many dear nieces and nephews, his girlfriend, Diane Holiday, and her son, Alex.

In addition to his parents, Wayne was preceded in death by his daughter, Amanda Lawrence, and his sister, Lisa Lawrence.

Per Wayne’s wishes, there will be no formal services.
