Pamela Sue Elledge

Pamela Sue Elledge, lovingly known as Pam, passed away at Cox Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the age of 62. Born on March 3, 1963, Pam filled her years with love and creativity.

Pam was a devoted mother, leaving behind her five children: Alan (Ashley) Devine, Matt (Christina) Hart, Helen (James) Callahan, Justin Hart and Jada Pumphrey, and Dawn Hart and Jacob Brigham; a grandmother to nine cherished grandchildren: Dakoto, Angelina, Mason, Mason Ryan, Adian, Nathan, Ari, Viola, and Levi. She is also survived by her beloved sister, Elizabeth (Lewis) Nielsen, alongside her nieces, nephews, and extended family, who will continue to honor her memory in their hearts.

Throughout her life, Pam had a variety of interests that brought her joy. She enjoyed crocheting and latch hook. Pam loved the outdoors and delighted in feeding and watching the birds, connecting with the simple pleasures in life. Pam also enjoyed thrifting, relishing the thrill of finding good bargains. She shared many joyful trips with her loving companion, Jason Googins, exploring new places together, making memories that will be treasured.

Growing up on a farm, Pam developed a deep love for cows, which often reminded her of her childhood. The experiences of her early years shaped her nurturing spirit, which she carried into her adult life.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Reuben and Vivian Devine; her grandpa, Christopher "Pop" Devine; her brother, Rick Shepard; her special nephew, Joshua Shepard; and the father of her children, Edward Hart.

Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home.
