Jesse Abney

Jesse Lee Abney of Park Hills, Missouri, was born on March 28, 1966 in Farmington, Missouri, a son of the late Maynard Junior Abney and Betty Jean Mitchell. Jesse passed away on March 26, 2024, having reached the age of 57.

Those who remain to treasure his memory include his siblings: Maynard Abney (Julie Knickmeyer), Marty Abney Sr, James Abney, Pat Abney; special niece, Misty; and great-niece, Angelica. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Jesse was preceded in death by his siblings: Charles Lonnie Abney, John Abney, and Mark Abney.

A Visitation will be Monday, April 1, 2024 from 11 a.m. until the time of his Funeral Service at 1 p.m. held at DeClue Funeral Home, 301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664. Elder Mike Jarvis will officiate Jesse's service. Interment will follow at Mitchell Cemetery in Park Hills, MO. In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to DeClue Funeral Home in care of his services.
