Fred Alan Harvey, of Potosi, Missouri, was born on April 4, 1961, to the late Fred James Harvey and Dorothy Marie Harvey. He departed this life on June 29, 2026, at the age of 65.

Fred is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Mirjana Harvey; his son, Alan (Heather) Harvey; his cherished granddaughter, Isla Harvey; his siblings, Juanita Graf and Ronald Harvey; his nieces, Rachel King and Crystal Harvey; and his nephew, Kenneth "Pete" Thomas III.

In addition to his parents, Fred was preceded in death by his brother, LeeRoy "Tinker" Gunterman.

Fred served as an Eagle Scout while living in Jefferson County, reflecting the character and determination that remained with him throughout his life. He found great joy in the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing, camping, riding motorcycles, and searching for arrowheads. Whether taking an unplanned road trip or simply spending time outside, Fred appreciated life's simple adventures.A skilled craftsman, Fred worked diligently in masonry and drywall, taking pride in the quality of his work. He also had a special love for animals, especially his faithful dog, Molly. Above all, Fred deeply loved his wife, Mirjana, and treasured the life they shared together.
