Debra Lynn Blair, affectionately known as Debbie, passed away onWednesday, November 5, 2025, at Washington County Memorial Hospital, at the age of 70. Born on January 3, 1955, in Bonne Terre, Missouri, she was a beloved daughter of the late Kenneth Blair and Alice (Skiles) Blair.
Debbie was a devoted mother, leaving behind three children: Jackson Porter, Aaron Porter, and his wife Raven, and Kayla Smith, and her husband Kevin. She found joy in her role as a grandmother to eleven grandchildren: Olivia, Kennedy, Caleb, Noelle, Alex, Lila, Maya, Presley, Harper, Mercy, and Colin; her great grandson, Bentley, with another great grandchild on the way.
Debbie is also remembered by her siblings, Kenneth Blair and his wife Angie, and Danny Blair, and his wife Melissa; as well as her extended family, including aunts, uncles, nieces, and a nephew, and many other dear relatives.
Debbie is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Kenneth and Alice Blair; her son, Colin Pinson; her sister, Mary Ellen Blair; and many other dear relatives who have left a lasting impact on her life.
Debbie had a heart full of love and laughter, and she poured that love into everything she did. A devoted fan of Elvis Presley, she filled her home with his music and her hands with endless crafts. She treasured family trips in years past and had a special fondness for trout fishing with her uncle and aunt, Roger and Wanda. Debbie was known for her knack for finding treasures—whether it was jewelry from TV or mushrooms in the woods. More than anything, she loved her family deeply, especially her grandchildren, who brought her endless joy. Some of her happiest moments were spent in the kitchen with her mom, making Christmas candy, sharing stories, and creating memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
