Carrie Elaine Boyer of Cadet, Missouri, was born on January 3, 1950, in Red Bud, Illinois, a daughter to the late Gladys Warren and stepfather Arthur Black.

In March of 1967, Carrie Elaine was united in marriage to Marvin Willard Boyer and had 2 sons, Marvin Wayne Boyer and Mark James Boyer.

Carrie went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 12:20 pm, having reached the age of 72 years, 8 months, and 1 day. In addition to her parents, Elaine was preceded in death by her late husband, Marvin Willard “Bud” Francis Boyer, brothers: Lonnie (Janet) Callahan, Charles Warren; brothers and sisters-in-law: Glen & Daphine Boyer, Harry and Geneva Wright; and brother-in-law Bill Allen.

Survivors include her two sons: Marvin Wayne Boyer and wife, Becky, Mark James Boyer and wife, Laura; six grandchildren: Shelby Lynn (Gary) Hollinsworth, Lacie Gene Boyer, Carrie Ann (Dillon) Ford, Ruth Ann Boyer; three great grandchildren: Adilyn Sue Hollinsworth, Grayson Wayne Hollinsworth, Connor James Boyer; one sister, Lola Callahan; niece, Brandy Carrow; nephew, Jeff Callahan; and countless other family members and friends.

A Memorial Visitation will be Tuesday, September 6, 2022, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. A Memorial Service will immediately follow at 11:30 am, at the DeClue Memorial Chapel, officiated by Bro. Guy Conway.
