Arlie William Oxford of Belgrade, Missouri, departed this life on May 20, 2007 at Washington County Memorial Hospital, having reached the age of 75 years, 5 months and 9 days. He was born at Searcy, Arkansas on December 11, 1933, a son of the late George William Oxford and Johnny Elora (Spades) Oxford.
He is survived by his wife, Verna Oxford of Belgrade; a son, Arlie William Oxford, Jr. of Belgrade; one granddaughter, Laura Bell Oxford of Belgrade; a step daughter, Dorothy Rodgers of Belgrade; a sister, Margie Gunter of Little Rock, AR; three step grandsons, Dustin, Jason, and Michael; nieces; nephews; cousins and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.
